Results, that's what it's all about isn't it? I thought so, but a smooth sale with great results is even better. She knows the market and her skills as a stager proved invaluable assistance. She offered to put our home on the market for slightly more than other brokers suggested, then directed our de-cluttering and found us a buyer at that price, almost immediately. But the effort didn't stop there - inspections, negotiations, appraisers, workmen - she made herself available and coordinated it all, and kept our stress levels down. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
